Do you ship with “Signature Required” option?
Typically, we do not ship UPS and FedEx small packages with the Signature Required option unless otherwise requested.  Freight shipments will require someone to receive the shipment and sign for it at the time of delivery.
What type of quantity discounts do you offer?
We have quantity discount price breaks that are clearly stated on our price lists.  Please inquire for pricing on quantities of 75+.

Do you ship Internationally?

With our extensive experience with export shipping, we can easily ship to countries all over the world. We have low rates on ocean shipments and air shipments.

Do you stock products?
Yes, we stock RO Membranes and Filters in strategically located warehouses across the United States, including southern California, Illinois and North Carolina. This allows us to fulfill most order requests within 24 hours. We stock Hydranautics, FilmTec, GE, Toray Membranes as well as Omnipure, GE, Matrikx and Pentek Filters.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of both domestic and international shipping options from small packages, pallets to container loads via air, ground transportation or ocean.  For more information please email us at sales@westernro.com and we would be happy to provide you with a shipping quote and approximate delivery time.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is received, our shipping department will send you a confirmation email that includes the date your order was shipped along with detailed tracking information. If you need assistance tracking your package please email us at sales@westernro.com.
Does Western RO qualify for any Socio-Economic certifications?
Yes, we are self-certified as a Woman Owned Small Business. Orders placed under the GSA schedule program may count towards the agencies’ socio-economic goals and accomplishments.
What if I can’t find the product I want to order on your website?

We don’t list our entire line of products on our website.
